Andrea Baker, CEO & Executive Director
Pronouns: She/Her
Andrea has significant experience in engaging community stakeholders, facilitating planning discussions and developing strategies for building vibrant commercial corridors in emerging neighborhoods. She has provided community development and outreach services to for-profit and nonprofit projects throughout the Bay Area for decades. Her work is informed by a deep commitment to ensuring that communities have a voice in changes that impact their vision for neighborhoods that they call “home.”
Andrea previously worked as a Project Manager for Mayor Ed Lee’s Office of Economic & Workforce Development (OEWD), as well as for the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.
She was awarded the National Coalition for 100 Black Women's Entrepreneurship Award, and currently serves on the board of the Shipyard Trust for the Arts (STAR) and Bayview Merchants Association.

Këri brings En2action over 25 years of diverse experience in communications, climate and clean energy work, education, and program management. She works to enhance and grow all of En2action's programs, community engagement initiatives, and partnership-driven projects, as well as build the organization's identity, climate change initiatives, and positive community impact. She specializes in explaining the human causes of climate change and engaging diverse intergenerational audiences in solution strategies, leading to increased public support for urgent action.

Judith McRae, Chief Operating Officer

With a background in technology and leadership in the finance industry, Judith brings extensive experience to the role of COO at En2action. As a passionate advocate for the prosperity of black and brown communities, Judith brings her expertise to help drive the success of En2action in fulfilling its mission by creating a culture of continuous learning and maximizing the efficient use of all available resources. Judith works closely with leadership to advance En2action's mission, values, and ongoing collaboration with community stakeholders, and build a solid foundation for the organization's future growth and success.

Chad Singh, Senior Program Manager

Chad is the Program Lead for Ujamaa Kitchen, leading Black restauranteurs in the City of San Francisco to find a multitude of resources and funding for their businesses. He has a significant background in the food service industry, working in many restaurants in San Francisco and New York as a Floor Manager, Line Cook, and Waiter. He has worked as a Technical Assistance Provider for E2A, supporting Ujamaa Kitchen restaurateurs and the Black Cultural Preservation Mini-Grant Program with outreach and development.

Mauri Sanders, Program Manager

Mauriana “Mauri” Sanders is a San Francisco native with an entrepreneurship, project management, and product development background. After graduating from Mission High School, Mauri started her first clothing line/non-profit that encouraged the youth to explore the world of entrepreneurship and worked with individuals in the community to provide them with resources to establish their small businesses. Mauri’s entrepreneurial foundation earned her a project manager role at Super7, a commercial branding and engagement agency. There, she worked with manufacturers to create commercially successful collectibles for large media conglomerates, primarily Disney. Her years of experience in event planning and interest in serving her community have led her to her role at En2action. Mauri’s primary duties are ensuring that community outreach projects are executed thoughtfully and successfully through her writing and ability to craft materials uniquely.

Yami Henry, Program Manager

Yami is the Program Lead for Sell Black, En2action’s marketing and businesses development program for Black entrepreneurs in San Francisco. She brings experience in program evaluation, project management, and operations to the team. Yami is currently completing her Masters of Public Administration (MPA) degree, and focused on analytical work in the policy arena to advance Black communities.

Niat Sebhatleab, Project Manager

Niat is a proud Eritrean immigrant by way of Ethiopia, and holds an associates in Social and Behavioral Science from CCSF and bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Urban economics from San Francisco State University. She utilizes her interdisciplinary studies and honed abilities in process development and project management to build bridges between available resources and underserved communities. She is passionate about restorative justice, equitable civic engagement and seeks to shape discourse that centers unheard voices and unseen perspectives.

Raina is a native of San Francisco's Haight Ashbury neighborhood living in Oakland. She also lived in Brooklyn and Harlem, NY, for many years, where she gained vast experience in marketing/sales management and product education/development in the beauty and wellness industries. Raina holds a BA degree in Socio-Linguistics and Cultural Anthropology from Stanford University and an MBA in Marketing and Management from New York University. She has over 7 years of experience in the SF Bay Area cannabis industry in field marketing and distribution management and is a DEI advocate on a local, statewide, and national level.

Jessica is a Bay Area native with a background in nonprofit, K-12 schools, and higher education, Jessica brings skills in research, program evaluation and implementation. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. Education Policy, Leadership, and Research Methods from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). Before En2action, Jessica led research projects with UCSB’s ÉXITO program to inform the curriculum development and teacher training processes of K-12 Ethnic Studies course implementation. She draws from her cross-cultural experience as a former Asian American Studies educator, researcher, and international teacher in Singapore and Vietnam to center marginalized perspectives while using data to design structural pathways for underrepresented communities. She has previously volunteered with organizations serving sex-trafficking survivors in Vietnam and the homeless population in San Jose.

Jaida Martin, Project Assistant

Jaida, a multiracial and first-generation college student, developed an interest for justice studies and HR work during her academic journey. She spent her time writing a research thesis on juvenile incarceration while pursuing her B.S. in Sociology. She explored significant topics in this work, such as violence, mental health, and the effectiveness of diversion and intervention programs. Jaida's passion for HR and therapy emerged from her belief in the transformative power of spiritual and healing work, a view that continues to shape her professional ambitions.

Megan Wong, Executive Assistant

Driven by structure and creativity, Megan has 8 years of experience bringing diverse projects to life. With a background in open internet fields, climate and community development, Megan plays a pivotal role in communication and operations development within the executive office. She recently joined the En2action team where she works to initiate and execute En2action and partnership - driven projects, develop organizational strategies, and connect passionate individuals—both the real and virtual.

Angelica Mena, Kitchen Manager

Angelica was born in Bogotá, Colombia. As a creative chef and artist, she moved to San Francisco in 2004 to follow her
dreams. Angelica studied and worked in the technology field for around ten years, while learning and improving her culinary skills. For about fifteen years she worked in the food industry, starting as a prep cook, line sous chef, and a nutrition manager. In early 2024 Anjelica joined En2action as commercial kitchen manager for Ujamaa Kitchen. She enjoys creating delicious dishes, painting, and serving the community.
